Green Tea Chia Smoothie

3 Cups Nut Milk
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds


If possible, overnight soak the chia seeds in milk.

3 Medium Bananas, Frozen
1/2 Tbsp Match Green Tea Powder
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup


Add ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth.

If the chia seeds are not soaked overnight, after making smoothie, allow it to sit for 10 minutes before drinking, so the chia can start to thicken.


Serves: 3
