3 Japanese Sweet Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, DO NOT add parchment paper on it
Wash and prick potatoes all over with a fork.
Place the potatoes on the aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes or until tender. I baked them for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
