2 Large Ripe Avocados
1/2 Cup Raw Cacao Powder or Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Agave Syrup
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Water
Puree avocados, cacao powder, agave syrup, vanilla extract and water in blender until silky smooth. Refrigerate in airtight container until ready to use (up to 3 days).
Yields: 1 Cup + 5 Tbsp (Total 21 Tbsp)
1/4 Cup Flax Seed
1/4 Cup Walnut, Chopped
2 Dates, Pitted and Chopped
2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Water
In magic bullet, combine flax seed, walnut, dates, shredded coconut, cinnamon, salt and water, grind to a smooth paste. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use (or up to 7 days)
Yields: 14 Tbsp
Fresh Berries
Raspberries
Black Berries
Blue Berries
Strawberries
Layer 3 Tbsp mousse at the bottom of each parfait glass.
Layer 2 Tbsp of coconut mixture.
Top with fresh berries.
