500 gms Little Millet
Rinse the rice thoroughly.
Soak for 5 minutes.
8 Cups Water
Bring water to a rolling boil.
Add the drained rice and stir gently.
Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
Taste Note: Tastes AWESOME. Would be awesome to make Pongal out of this.
Yields: 9 Cups of Cooked Little Millet Rice
