Cabbage, Carrot Beans Poriyal



2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Tsp Mustard 
3/4 Cup Onions, Chopped
4 Green Chilies, Chopped into 2 Lengthwise Pieces
5 Curry Leaves

1 Tsp Ginger, Chopped
1 Tsp Garlic, Chopped


1 XXX-Small Cabbage (6 Cups Chopped, Finely)


2 Carrot, Chopped (1 Cups Chopped, Finely)
20 Beans Chopped ( 1 Cups Chopped, Finely)


1 and 1/2 Tsp Salt

Heat oil in a pan, add onions,  mustard, green chilies, curry leaves and fry for 3 minutes in medium flame.

Add ginger, garlic and fry for 30 seconds.

Add cabbage, carrot, beans, salt, mix well, cook in medium heat for 15 minutes.

1/4 Cup Coconut, Grated

Switch off the stove and mix with coconut powder


Taste Note: Tastes AWESOME
Yields : 4 and 3/4 Cups
