4 and 1/2 Cups Water (1:2 and 1/4 ratio)
Allow the water to boil.
2 Cups Oats
Add oats and cook in medium high for 1 and 1/2 minutes and change it to medium and cook for 3 and 1/2 minutes. Switch off the stove.
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Molasis
4 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup Walnut Broken
2 Banana, Chopped
Add cinnamon, walnut, molasis, honey and mix well. Finely add chopped banana and mix.
Taste Note: Tastes AWESOME
Note: If not eating immediately after preparing the oatmeal, boil 1/2 cup of water add and mix it just before eating. BEST to eat hot / warm...
