Whole Wheat and Brown Rice Dosa

1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Brown Rice Flour

2 Green Chilies, Chopped into Round Pieces
1 Tbsp Ginger, Grated
2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
11 Young Curry Leaves, Finely Chopped
1 and 1/2 Tsp Salt

Mix Flours, Chillies, Ginger, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves and Salt

3 Cups Water

Add water little at a time and mix well so that there are no lumps.

Heat dosa pan, once its heated, reduce the heat to medium. Pour batter and make dosa.

Yields: 12 Dosas
Taste Note: Tastes GREAT and very easy to make.
