1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
Overnight soak cashews in water or soak the cashews in water for at least 2 hours
1/2 Cup Nut Milk or Water
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (next time prepare without this and make a note of it)
2 Garlic Cloves
3/4 Tsp Dried Basil
3/4 Tsp Dried Oregano
3/4 Tsp Thyme
3/4 Tsp Black Pepper
3/4 Tsp Mustard Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice (I didn't have lemon, so I used lime juice)
Blend all the above in blender on high until smooth and creamy, about 4 to 5 minutes. The sauce should be smooth and not grainy.
Serves: 2 Pizza
