Muesli


1 Cup Rolled Oats


1 Cup Quinoa Flakes
1/2 Cup Puffed Amaranth (I couldn't get this, i subed this with Millet Puffs)


1/2 Cup Almonds, Chopped
1/2 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Cup Golden Raisin
1/2 Cup Mulberries


1/4 Cup Dried Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds (Unfortunately, the one I had is roasted and salted, so I didn't add it)
1/4 Cup Goji Berries
1/4 Cup Dried Tart Cherries
1/4 Cup Dried Apricots, Chopped ( 8 Turkish Apricots)


1/2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until every ingredient is distributed in the mix.


Store in an airtight container in room temperature.

Overnight soak the muesli in nutmilk in the refrigerator and eat it in the morning. Have it cold or warm.

Yields: 5 and 1/4 Cups
