Creamy Vegan Alfredo Spaghetti

1 Lb TJ Brown Rice Spaghetti
1 Tbsp Salt

Boil 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add Salt.


Cook pasta for 10 minutes.

1 Crown Broccoli 

Add Broccoli and cook for 5 more minutes before pasta is done.

1 Cup Cashew Nuts
1 Cup Nut Milk
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (from 1/2 Lemon)
1 Tsp Dry Ground Mustard
2 Tsp Salt 
2 and 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder 


While pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce by blending all the above ingredients in Magic bullet.

Fresh Basil, Chopped (MUST, it gave a nice taste to the pasta)

Once pasta is cooked, transfer it to a pot, add sauce, Basil and mix well.



Taste Note: Tastes Awesome, over the top.

Yields: 3 Cups
