Brown Rice Pasta with Homemade Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 lbs Roma Tomatoes, Chopped (This time I used 3 lbs of Dry Farm Tomatoes)

1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, Chopped (1 Cup)
1 Tsp Salt (2 and 1/2 Tsp)
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder (2 Tsp)

4 Garlic, Small, Grated (6)
1/4 Cup Water (1/4 Cup)

Pour Oil in a hot pan, add tomatoes and cook them for 5 minutes in medium flame.

Add Basil, Salt, Pepper and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add Garlic, Water, mix well and cook for 5 more minutes.

Note: When I prepared with 3 lbs of Dry Farm tomatoes, I cooked the whole recipe in high flame, it had so much water.

12 oz Gluten Free Brown Rice Pasta
1 Tbsp Salt

Boil 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add Salt.

Cook pasta as per cooking direction on the cover (it asks to cook for 8 minutes, but i cooked for 12 minutes).

Add the cooked and drained pasta to the sauce, stir to combine.

Taste Note: Tastes Awesome.

Yields: 7 Cups

Will i prepare it again: Definitely Yes.

Note: The sauce is good enough, if you are preparing with 8 oz Pasta, since i used 12 oz pasta, sauce was not enough, next time, i will prepare the sauce with 1 and 1/2 lbs of tomato. But the pasta and sauce tasted awesome.
