Almond-Arugula Chutney

1/4 Tsp Olive Oil
4 Green Chilies
5 oz Baby Arugula

Saute Green Chilies and Arugula in Olive Oil, until arugula shrinks. Allow it to cool. Grind with the following.

1 Cup Almond
1/4 Cup Roasted Dalia Split (Pottukadalai)
1 Garlic Clove
1/4" Ginger
Little bit Tamarind
1/2 + 1/8 Tsp Salt
