Indian Style Pasta

Sauce


Olive Oil - 3 Tbsp

Big Onion - 1

Red Bell Pepper, Julienned - 1
Yellow Bell Pepper, Julienned - 1
Asparagus Julienned - 28

Carrots, julienned - 1Broccoli - 1 Bunch

Basil - 1/2 Tsp
Oregano - 1/4 Tsp
Pepper Powder - 2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 and 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1 and 1/2 Tsp

Zucchini, halved - 1/2
 
Organic Marinara Sauce - 26 oz - 2

Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Sambar Powder - 2 Tsp

Grape Tomatoes, Halved - 28



Pour Oil, add Big Onions and Saute for a minute.

Add Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Peppers, Asparagus and saute for a minute.

Add Carrots, Broccoli and saute for 2 minutes.

Add Basil, Oregano, Pepper Powder, Chili Flakes, Salt and saute for 5 minutes in Medium High.

Add Zucchini and saute for a minute, add Marinara Sauce and allow it to cook for 10 minutes in Medium High.

Add Red Chili Powder, Sambar Powder and allow it to cook for 4 minutes.

Add Spinach and Grape Tomato, switch off the stove and mix well.

Pasta


Organic Whole Wheat Pasta - 2 Packs

Water - Enough to cover 2 packs of pasta
Salt - 4 Tsp

Close the pan and bring Water to Boil.

Add Salt.

Add Pasta, close the pan and allow it to boil.

Once it starts boiling, open the pan and let it cook for 12 minutes. Drain the pasta.

Add Pasta to the Sauce, mix well.

Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp

Add Garam Masala and mix well.
