Asparagus
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Urad Dal
1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Red Chili
Add Asparagus stems, mix well, stir fry for 3 minutes in medium flame.Add spears, stir fry for 3 minutes in medium flame. Switch off the stove.

Add onion, green chilies, fry till the color of the onion changes. Add salt and mix well.
